Overnight Jim Corbett Wildlife Tour

Day 1: Travel, Arrival, & Evening Safari

After the breakfast around 8:30–9:00 AM: Depart Roorkee after breakfast; drive is about 4 hours.
Around 1:00 PM: Arrival and check-in at your preferred resort. Enjoy a lunch at the resort or at local Restaurant in Ramnagar for a relaxing meal with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
2:30–3:15 PM: After lunch, freshen up and get ready for the evening Jeep Safari. Safaris are conducted in popular zones like Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, and Garjiya. The evening safari begins around 2:30–3:30 PM and concludes by 5:30.
3:30–6:00 PM: Enjoy the Jeep Safari. This is an excellent time to spot elephants, deer, wild boar, birds, and with luck, a tiger. Evening safaris are often less crowded and showcase the park during the golden hours of sunset.
6:30 PM: Return to your resort. Freshen up, relax, and participate in any local or resort-organized activities (bonfire, folk music, stargazing).
8:00 PM: Enjoy dinner at the resort or try Seven Corbett Resort’s restaurant for a multi-cuisine dinner in a cozy setting.

Day 2: Morning Safari & Departure

5:15 AM: Early wake-up, tea/coffee at the resort. Pick up packed breakfast or snacks if needed Or you can have the breakfast at the resort after the safari.
5:45–6:00 AM: Depart for the morning Jeep Safari. The safari starts at 6:00 AM and lasts until 9:30 AM in zones such as Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, or Garjiya.
6:00–9:30 AM: Morning Safari. This is prime time for animal activity—look out for birds, mammals, and possibly tigers or leopards near rivers and watering holes.
10:00 AM: Return, freshen up, enjoy breakfast at the resort.
11:00 AM: Stroll around the resort, enjoy the swimming pool or gardens, and pack up.
12:00 PM: Check-out and start the journey back to Roorkee or explore local shops/sights in Ramnagar.

Extra Tips

Carry ID proof, camera, binoculars, light jackets (early mornings are chilly), water bottles, and sunscreen.
The major safari zones—Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, Garjiya—are accessible year-round.
Dhikala zone requires inside stay and canter, but Bijrani, Jhirna, etc., are accessible for day visitors.
