Important Notes:
Registration form submissions received on or before 30th September 2025 (IST) will be treated as Early Bird Registration. Submissions received after this date will be considered under the Regular Registration category.

• Students are required to attached student declaration form signed by the department director during online registration Student Declaration Form
• A registration confirmation letter will be sent via e-mail on receipt of the payment.
• Registration and payment of authors with an accepted paper should be made by September 30, 2025 to be retained in the final program. All accepted papers must be presented at the symposium.
• Registration fees excludes 18% GST.
• Registrations are accepted online only
