Taxi Rates and Vendor Details  

Instructions for Participants:

• Participants are advised to book their travel and accommodation well in advance to ensure availability during the conference dates (18–22 November 2025).
• Only the approved taxi rates and vendors notified by CSIR-CBRI should be used.
• Participants may use the approved taxi vendors listed on the website for transportation between airport/railway station and Roorkee.
• It is advised to carry a valid photo ID (passport, Aadhaar, driving license, etc.) while travelling.
• The fare is payable directly by the participant to the vendor; however, participants are advised to obtain a printed or e-invoice clearly mentioning distance and fare details.
• Participants should verify the taxi registration number and driver credentials before commencing travel.
• For late-night arrivals or departures, participants are advised to inform the vendor in advance and share travel details for coordination.
• Participants are advised to keep the Coordinator, Travel Support in CC while communicating with the taxi vendors via email.
• Any issue or dispute regarding fare, service, or safety should be immediately reported to the Coordinator, Travel Support
