The organizing committee for the 4th International Symposium on One Health One World (OHOW2025) invites researchers from academia and industries to exchange knowledge, share research findings, and discuss the latest advancements in the field of planetary health.

The topics for the symposium thus include, but are not limited to:

3. IMSBE Infrastructure Management and Sustainable Built Environment
• Innovative systems for a sustainable built environment
• Smart buildings and intelligent infrastructures
• Innovations in civil engineering materials for sustainability
• Developments and practices in infrastructure management
• Modernization and automation in the construction industry


4. USDM Urban Safety & Disaster Mitigation
• Political practices and innovations for disaster mitigation
• Preparedness against the multi-disaster environment
• Structural vulnerability assessment and retrofitting
• Structural health monitoring
• Post-disaster emergency response
• Smart cities & advanced transportation and lifeline systems
• Numerical simulation techniques & tools
• Pollution and environmental risk management for urban resiliency
• Geotechnical engineering for a better-built environment

After the abstract is accepted by your event, authors are requested to submit an extended abstract – by 15^th July 2025. The extended abstracts will be compiled into a book, registered under e-ISBN, and published on the official OHOW2025 website.

The oral presentation will be limited to 15 minutes in total (including a 5-minute Q&A session). Presentations must be performed using PowerPoint.

Authors are invited to submit an abstract of 300 words to the secretariat by 15^th June 2025.

The abstract must include the followings:

1. Author(s) information: type of author, name(s), organization, country, email and other relevant details mentioned in abstract form.
2. Abstract information : presentation type, the most appropriate two topics, title, and keywords (at least 3 keywords).

• The presenting author agrees to register, attend the symposium, and present the abstract as scheduled.
• All abstracts must be submitted online through website and make sure to provide proper details. No fax copies or disks submissions will be accepted.
• Abstracts must be properly formatted and to be in prescribed format enclosed.
• The abstract cannot contain illustrations, images or graphs. If the abstract is accepted, presenters may include these items at time of extended abstract submission.
• You may submit as many abstracts as you like.
• An abstract may only be submitted once. Duplicate abstracts (reporting the same data) that are submitted under a different title or author will not be considered.
• Submitted papers must not be under consideration by any other journal or conference publication.
• Abstracts submitted after the final due date will NOT be accepted
• An internal panel of reviewers will review the abstract.
• The Technical Program Committee will review all submitted abstracts. The reviewing process is confidential, and decisions are final.
• Notification of acceptance for the abstract will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding authors by 15^th June 2025.
